Caristo Chitamfya Junior dies in a road accident…. R.I.P So Sad ……..We Miss you TV AND RADIO PERSONALITY CARISTO LUPUPA CHITAMFYA JR. DIES He was involved in a road traffic accident on his way home soon after attending the Macky 2’s album launch at the Skybar in Lusaka. He was the son to prominent media personality Caristo Chitamfya. Caristo Clear’s career flourished when he was a presenter on various TV and radio shows in Zambia.
